REMOVALS
Classic Removals was started in 1999 by Louie De Sousa.
He began Classic Removals after experiencing a traumatic household removal. Being in the transport business at the time, he decided that Durban required a professional and honest removal company that could deliver a remarkable service at a competitive price.
Classic Removals started off as a small business, only servicing Durban and surrounding areas with one removal truck. Classic Removals has now exploded into a thriving business that now boasts a growing fleet of 28 vehicles ranging from 1.5ton vehicles to Interlink trucks and provides nationwide service that operates 7 days a week between branches in Durban, Johannesburg, PE and Cape Town.
Mr De Sousa is still very involved in Classic Removals and the every day running of the business and currently holds the position of Managing Director.
All staff members at Classic Removals are extensively trained to deliver a friendly and professional service to all customers. Before joining Classic Removals, all staff are screened and checked for any criminal records. All staff members are permanent employees of Classic Removals. No casual staff are used. At present, our staff compliment is ±120.
